Found a couple of new incidents in North Kryta Province:
Interrogating Farmer Dirk at the Ascalon Settlement:

Road block on road to/from Ascalon Settlement:

They didn't appear in the same instances (I think you'll get 1 or the other. Also, the dialog for the road-block is suited to the direction you approach them from.

Those are both old encounters discovered days ago :P

I don't think anyone cares about the Murro updates now that they've been shown to be boring, repetitive, and meaningless with regards to what's going on in-game. And apparently there was no 5th yr content update. The whole 'war has been declared' thing seems to be isolated to facebook.

yeah I wasn't talkin about murro's posts... I was definitely and ONLY talking about the content I thought we were supposed to get in-game as part of the 5th year aniiversary celebration. That was over yesterday.

Linsey's sick, so they delayed it. I have no idea why the skill update is so late, though. It's slated for early May.

I guess they assumed the content update would tide us over until the skill update, but instead we got neither.

People cant exactly help it if they get sick, and it is worse when they are the lead of a small group, so yeah. From what I have read, it is back problems. I think when she returns they will try and make up for lost time

Edit: the page and facebook have been updated again. They could be focusing on that until Lindsey gets better. This is interesting though:
